These are the tools I am using to help me manage my financial goals. I have chosen these tools to keep my approach as simple as possible, but focusing on being effective and efficient. Again, I believe for myself the best way to do things is to keep it simple but organized
Investment Research Platforms
JustETF serves as a valuable tool for my investment research, particularly as an ETF investor in Europe. With its comprehensive database and analytical tools, JustETF empowers me to compare, analyze, and track a wide range of ETFs, helping me make informed investment decisions aligned with my financial goals.
While JustETF provides essential data and insights, it's crucial to supplement my knowledge with resources like videos, articles, and books to deepen my understanding of investing principles and strategies.
Portfolio Manager
(Google Sheets & GetQuin)
I use both my own Google Sheets & GetQuin to track my portfolio.
GetQuin is a portfolio tracking platform that simplifies investment management it is good for monitoring performance in real-time. Analyze trends, and receive market insights. What I like about GetQuin, is it gives me a lot of insights such as upcoming dividends, sector diversification, etc for ETFs. Oftentimes I find tools more tailored to U.S. ETF however GetQuin offers data available for Europe. I don't solely use it for Stocks and ETFs, but for my full investment portfolio, currently, I am using the free version.
Goals tracker
(Google Sheets)
I have various areas I have goals for the year, I try to keep track of it monthly to monitor progress, I try to stick to 1 to 2 goals per category so that it is more attainable, and making sure the goals are realistic, I like simplicity, therefore, I use this simple format below for myself.
